This is something that’s been sitting in my archives for far too long now.
While working press on his 2024 album Slow Water, inspired by the Erica Gies book Water Always Wins, I conducted an experiment. What if I, a storyteller, were to make a podcast exposing the full breadth of my client. Stephan Crump is an incredible bassist, composer and deep humanist whom I have been either listening to or working for since 2007. I needed to get it out there, so here is the first in my long-promised podcast series via Substack.
